Booking Terms and Conditions
To make a confirmed booking we will require a $200.00 deposit to secure each unit. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival and for one night stays, the payment is required in full at time of booking. In line with our cancellation policy the balance of the accommodation is due 14 days prior to arrival. Please contact us to arrange this final payment. We are unable to hold bookings without initial deposit.
* Please note: We cannot accept arrivals checking in on Christmas Day. To make a booking over this period Guests will need to book the day prior or night after this date.
Cancellations made up to 14 days (30 days in Peak Periods) prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less $30 administration fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days (30 days in Peak Periods) prior to arrival ALL monies are forfeited.
A $30.00 administration fee may apply for each amendment to confirmed booking dates.
